• Shop Information: Your Shopify store domain and access tokens required for API access
• Print Templates: Custom label templates you create within the app
• Settings: Your app preferences and configuration
• Print Logs: Records of which orders were printed (order IDs only, no customer data)
• Subscription Information: Your billing status and subscription details

Information We Access

To provide printing functionality, we access (but do not permanently store):

• Order Data: Order details, shipping addresses, and line items for printing
• Product Data: Product information to display on labels
• Customer Names: Only displayed on printed labels, not stored

This data is fetched from Shopify in real-time when you print and is not stored in our database.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your Shopify store and provide app functionality
• To generate and render print labels for your orders
• To save and apply your custom templates and settings
• To process your subscription and billing
• To add order tags and timeline comments (if enabled)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With Shopify, as required for app functionality and billing

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have PrintTag installed. When you uninstall the app:

• Your session data is deleted immediately
• Your templates, settings, and print logs are deleted within 48 hours
• Subscription records are retained for billing and legal purposes

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure database storage with access controls
• Regular security updates and monitoring

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we store about your shop
• Request deletion of your data by uninstalling the app

For merchants in the European Economic Area, we comply with GDPR requirements. We process data based on the performance of our contract with you (providing the app service) and legitimate business interests.
